This Policy Statement provides notice of the College's expectations and guidelines to all who use and manage IT resources and services (including but not limited to computing, networking, communications and telecommunication systems, infrastructure, hardware, software, data, databases, personnel, procedures, and physical facilities).
The College's network and any other computing and data resources, College equipment purchased, obtained and/or donated to the College, whether or not such computing resources are connected to the College's network, is the sole property of Monroe College inclusive of all software on the systems (desktops, laptops, projectors, etc.). Students, Staff, Faculty, Consultants, Contractors, Temporary Employees, and other workers at the College, including personnel affiliated with third parties at such time they are using any IT resources, are responsible for reading, understanding, abiding, and are bound by the Policies stated herein. |
