Qualifications:
Bachelors' Degree required; Masters Degree preferred.
Minimum of four years progressively responsible professional experience in higher education including International Admissions.
Supervisory, project management, and leadership experience.
Demonstrated skill in fostering positive working relationships, teamwork, and collaboration across functional units.
Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Experience with developing, modifying, and improving complex business processes.

Strong familiarity with the use of computers, office software applications, and end-user computer interfaces (Colleague Integrated Student Information System, SEVIS.)

Responsibilities:
Direct the daily operations pertaining to the processing and review of applications from international freshman and transfers. Continually assess the effectiveness of international operations and establish new business processes as needed to improve efficiency and service.
Supervise and manage the international team members (professional, and student employees).
Train and manage clerical support staff involved in the creation of I-20 immigration documents for admitted international students using software and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security SEVIS database,
Manage and insure office and college compliance with SEVIS regulations.
Coordinate with the Manager of Recruitment Outreach in the planning of international recruitment events and conduct public relations and recruitment activities.
Represent the university at formal receptions and meetings with visiting representatives from foreign governments, educational institutions, scholarship agencies, and businesses. Represent university to new students and parents at formal orientation programs.
Serve as international admissions expert for the College, providing information and guidance regarding international admission, foreign educational systems, evaluation of English proficiency, and academic credential evaluation to members of the college community.
Evaluate international admission applications within the context of undergraduate admission standards, enrollment management policies, and academic program requirements.
Exercise judgment in comprehensive review of applications, applying knowledge of foreign educational systems, interpreting standardized test scores (e.g., TOEFL, SAT, ACT), evaluating English proficiency, and assessing financial resources necessary for student visa holders.
Communicate and explain admission policies and decisions to applicants, parents, school officials. Counsel ineligible students on educational alternatives and explain negative admission decisions.
Research academic programs and curriculum at transfer institutions (both domestic and international), compare transfer courses with Monroe College curriculum, and establish transfer course equivalencies.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree, previous help desk experience is a plus, commitment to strong customer service, strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide primary support to internal and external customers;
Execute the initial report, documentation and routing of all help desk issues;
Assign help desk issues to appropriate group for proper resolution;
Support users remotely;
Proficiency in Microsoft office or similar tools;
Ability to learn with rapid proficiency on all current proprietary software;
Strong customer service and communication skills;
Ability to multi task and work independently;
Must be able to have flexible hours;
Other tasks to be assigned as needed.
This position will report to the Dean of Institutional Research/Registrar and work closely with other members of the office and college staff to provide statistical data to the college community and outside agencies.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in an analytical discipline with statistical/quantitative coursework.
One to three years of employment in a college institutional research setting preferred.
The successful applicant will possess the ability to use the computer for statistical research, at least one word processing application, and at least one spreadsheet application, SPSS software preferred and a familiarity with research design and sampling, statistical, and qualitative research methods.
Datatel Colleague familiarity is highly desirable.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Collect and analyze decision support data and prepare reports of findings (including narrative, graphics, and tables).
- Design studies and develop data collection instruments and/or procedures.
- Areas of study may include national/regional data, and/or peer institution data on students, alumni, courses, retention studies, faculty workload, and institutional characteristics.
- Assist in developing and preparing annual institutional reports and provide data for strategic planning purposes.
- Prepare and/or verify external reports such as IPEDS, NYSED, and Clearing House requests.
- Provide accreditation and program review information as requested.
- Assist with institutional assessment and planning processes as needed.
- Consult with faculty and staff concerning their research projects.
- Other duties as assigned by the Dean.
ACADEMICS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree required, terminal degree preferred, in nursing education from an accredited college or university
- Current NYS Registered Nurse License
- Experience teaching at the college level
- Proficiency in oral and written expression
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse faculty, staff, and student body
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of students in clinical settings
- Teaching courses as assigned
- Compliance with established criteria for state regulations and national accreditation
- Establishing and maintaining community partnerships
- Assisting with selection of nursing students
- Providing academic advisement
- Consulting with Chair of Nursing and other allied health administration/faculty regarding curricular development, implementation, evaluation, and modification
- Assisting as assigned with departmental programmatic review
- Providing clinical orientation to students and faculty
- Participating in professional development/continuing education/tutorials
- Serving on departmental or college-wide committees
- Availability of onsite office hours weekly
This position is a shared New Rochelle and Bronx position
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred in Career Services or related area.
- Local candidates preferred who have the knowledge and connections in the above mentioned areas.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Deans, and the Executive Director to develop contacts in the industry, Advise and guide students to choosing the correct career paths in the particular majors.
- Assist and advise each group with general career advisement resume writing, interviews and job search methods for both full-time positions and internships.
BRONX CAMPUS - FULL TIME
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- A strong commitment to providing the highest level of customer service is a must.
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, work independently and problem solve are essential.
- Two years of FA experience is desired.
- Bachelors Degree is required
- Familiarity with Datatel Colleague is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with students to discuss their eligibility, alternative funding options and resolve any application conflicts and financial gaps.
- Responsible for assisting in the processing and administration of Title IV funds as well as NYS TAP funds, maintaining compliance with Title IV and State financial aid programs at all times..
