Monroe College joined other Downtown New Rochelle establishments in "Rocin'"
in the New Year on New Year's Eve DAY at New Roc City. More than 1200 people registered to attend the event which was held in the atrium of New Roc City, New Year's Eve day. Face painters, clowns and martial arts students entertained the crowd. But the big highlight of the day was the dropping of 2000 balloons from the second and third floor levels of the sports and entertainment complex at 12 Noon -- just 12 hours before the start of 2012.
