Adults Are Invited "ASAP @ Monroe"
On Wednesday, April 9 Monroe College will be holding an open house for ASAP @ MONROE (Accelerated Studies for Adult Professionals), an initiative designed to improve back-toschool potential for adults by turning obstacles into opportunities. Busy adults who always wanted to, but never attempted to take the important first step toward getting their college degree as well as those who never completed their degree are invited to a free, day-long, open house to assess transfer credits and learn of other opportunities. “With ASAP @ MONROE we’ve been able to streamline the process so that adult students who have family, job, and other responsibilities, can quickly see their dream of a college degree come true,” said Eric Sygnatur, an ASAP @ MONROE counselor. “Adults who come to the ASAP @ MONROE open house might be surprised to find that achievement and opportunity are waiting for them.” The Monroe College ASAP @ MONROE open house will be held from 9am to 7pm on Wednesday, April 9 and adults interested in getting on a fast track for success can come by anytime through the day. If possible, please call 800-55-MONROE ahead of time to let us know you’re coming. |
