Culinary Open House
On Wednesday, August 13 the Department of Hospitality and Culinary Arts and Monroe College Admissions held an open house for prospective students at Macmennamin’s Grill in New Rochelle. About forty people had the distinct pleasure of sampling pastries baked by Monroe students and Professor/Chef Craig Rutman.
