Monroe College Hosts Virtual Enterprise Competition
On Wednesday, November 19, Monroe College was the site for the sixth-annual Virtual Enterprise International Bronx Business Plan Competition for eighty-five students from seventeen Bronx high schools. Many of those students received some of their business and marketing training in Monroe’s free Saturday classes for high school students. During the competition, teams of students present “virtual” business plans, based on ventures they’ve created.
