More than 350 Monroe College students participated in last week’s bi-annual MONROE COLLEGE CAREER FAIR, hosted by the college’s Career Services Department. Forty-three prospective employers interviewed students, reviewed resumes, and offered advice to Monroe students and graduates. “The job market is somewhat improved at this point,” commented Career Services Director Carolyn Tabachnik. “As a result, we’re having a particularly fruitful session.” While some students made appointments for job interviews, some Monroe students were actually hired right on the spot.
