On Tuesday, October 17, nine Monroe College Criminal Justice students who are studying homeland security were escorted by their professor, Lt. Roberto Gonzalez (in uniform), the President of the NYPD Chapter of the Latino Officers Assn., to spend a few light moments with NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly as part of the Department’s Hispanic Heritage Celebration.
