Monroe Teaches Culinary In Community Centers
| Last semester, Monroe College Culinary faculty taught Culinary I, a three-credit college course, to dozens of adult students at the Yonkers YMCA and Nepperhan Community Center. The free course was a big hit with the students, some of whom have already enrolled as full-time students in the college’s Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts program. |
