Go Fly a Monroe Kite
Monroe College was a sponsor of a NYC Parks Department Kite Days at Orchard Beach in the Bronx on Saturday September 16 and Sunday, September 17. Monroe distributed information about educational opportunities and dozes of freee kites. It was one day when telling someone to “go fly a kite” was viewed as a compliment!
