On Monday, November 20, Chef Daniel Hinder, Chef Sean Comp, and Culinary Student Iohann Acevedo cooked up a nutritious holiday meal on BronxTalk, the Bronx’ flagship TV talk show that has been hosted for the last twelve years by Monroe College Director of Public Relations Gary Axelbank. Responding to the theme of cooking without trans fats, on camera Chef Hinder prepared oven-roasted turkey breast stuffed with mango and walnuts and acorn squash with sweet pepper, oven-baked with mozzarella cheese.
