Bronx Assemblyman Speaks To Students
On Thursday, March 1, Bronx Assemblyman Ruben Diaz, Jr. (85th AD) visited Monroe College and spoke with fifty Criminal Justice students about political realities, the nature of government, citizen involvement, and how rules on TAP funding can affect their future. Students were enthusiastic about the Assemblyman’s appearance and, as a result, many were planning to write to their legislators on topics of concern.
