Monroe Supports Tech Fair
On Saturday, September 8, Monroe College was a prime sponsor of Mt. Hope Housing's Second Annual Back to School Technology Carnival. Monroe provided tech support for the event, faculty to conduct workshops, experts to staff the "Ask-a-Tech" table, as well as interns to guide attendees in their use of computer technology. Also, the Monroe School of Information Technology and Department of Online Learning had staff on hand to answer questions about careers in technology and opportunities in technology education. Currently, Monroe has a number of interns working in the Mt. Hope IT and Accounting departments.
