On Friday April 27th The Culinary Arts Service Club (CASC) worked in conjunction with the Arthur Avenue BID and the Wildlife Conservancy of the Bronx Zoo to put on the first annual ‘Pasta for the Planet’ event. This was a benefit for the Run for the Wild / Wildlife Conservancy of the Bronx Zoo. Monroe students cooked and served pasta and other delicacies from local Arthur Avenue Restaurants. |
