Business Administration

Monroe's Business Management Program allows students to customize ther learning to fit their personal career goals so they can get the most out of their business education.

First,  business fundamentals are taught by senior executives who bring the real world into the classroom.  This core foundation includes classes in management, marketing, finance and human resources.  From there, students have the opportunity to concentrate in the business area that interests them the most.

Concentrations include: Project Management, Finance, Retailing, E-Commerce, Entrepreneurship and Human Resources.  Plus, many students gain valuable experience throughout your academic career by participating in our award winning SIFE team, working in the Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence or doing an internship so they can apply what they've learned in an actual local business before they even graduate!

The Monroe College Department of Business has a chapter of the Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society which promotes higher scholarship in business education and recognizes and reward scholastic achievement in business subjects.
