The faculty of the School of Business is comprised entirely of instructors who are practitioners in the world of Business.  The educational experience in the classroom is enhanced by the many guest speakers who are brought into in the classrooms to give students the benefit of their experience.

Also, on a regular basis, the School of Business engages alums to return to Monroe to share their experiences with current students.  In addition to the obvious benefit of business professionals in the classroom, alumni interaction keeps students motivation high.  If they can do it, why can't I?

Monroe Business students participate in a number of activities that give them an opportunity to apply their education to benefit their community.   The nationally-recognized Monroe SIFE team has won numerous awards for serving their community by spreading financial literacy to underserved communities.
