Programs
Tournament programs will be available on site.
Music
The music for the tournament will be provided by Monroe College. The national anthem will be played at the start of each of the day of the Regional Tournament. If you are scheduled for the 1pm game on Saturday and Sunday, please inform your team that they will need to line up at the sideline for the playing of the National Anthem.
Video Taping
All games can be videotaped by each individual school. However, a team may only record its own games and may not tape games they are not participating in. Only the teams that are involved in the game that is in progress may be on the indoor track videotaping. Again, no videotaping is permitted of the opposing teams during the tournament from the stands or anywhere else in the venue.
Statistics
Game statistics will be available following each game in the Hospitality Room which is located on the main lobby floor of Sarah Lawrence College.
The progress of all games will be web-streamed live at www.cybersportsusa.com
Photography
Only approved still photographers with proper credentials will be allowed to photograph the game. Photographers must be off the court. No one will be allowed to take pictures from the court area without a credential.
Awards
Awards will be distributed on Sunday.
Hospitality Food
A hospitality area for the tournament coaches, administrators, photographers, press personnel and officials will be provided in the conference room on the main lobby level of Sarah Lawrence College. Only credentialed tournament attendees will be permitted in the hospitality area.
Concessions
Concessions will be sold throughout the tournament by Sarah Lawrence College.
Medical Services
Head Athletic Trainer Sean Driscoll, ATC will be on site for the games.
Water and ice will be provided for all teams participating in the tournament.
