The Associates Degree in Applied Science in Hospitality Management covers all aspects of the diverse entities of the hospitality industry including rooms division, food and beverage and travel and tourism. Graduates will be prepared for entry into a wide range of management positions in lodging, food & beverage, and the tourism industry. The program is designed with a strong emphasis on communication skills. Students are exposed to various sectors within the field through a curriculum which include internships, theory, case studies, group projects, and electives, which will assist students in determining their career paths upon graduation.
