"To design, implement, and evaluate health education/health promotion programs in response to the priority needs of the Monroe College student population and the local Fordham community."
The Club places a high emphasis on the application of academic and supervised research skills to attain its goals. The focus of the club is on development research methodologies and its members are creative, production-oriented, and enthusiastic.
The goals of the Allied Health Club are to design projects and programs that will help reduce health disparities and improve the quality of life for Monroe students and community residents. This will be accomplished by student-conducted health needs assessments, student-conducted surveys of student health concerns, identification of knowledge gaps, prioritization of health concerns, and the creation of projects to best achieve our overall goals. |
