Steps to Request Services

  2. Students must fill out the student release form and provide the appropriate documentation as described in Part C of the release form.
  3. Students willsee a disability counselor for an initial meeting. This is an opportunity for the student to learn more about available services and for the counselor to learn more about the student.
  4. Students should meet with the disability counselor at the beginning of each semester when accommodations are needed.
