SPIRIT CRUISES

Imagine yourself working on a ship as it passes by NYC’s spectacular skyline. Recruiters from Spirit Cruises will come to the Bronx campus to hire students for Server’s, Cooks, Hosts, Dining Room and Kitchen Supervisors. Working on one of Spirit’s boats is a great fun way to spend the summer while earning money. Also, more than 60% of their managers were promoted from within.

ROBERT HALF INTERNATIONAL

Recruiters from the Healthcare Group will meet with students to discuss current openings that are presently available. Come, meet their recruiters, and make sure to bring your OCA approved resume.

VERIZON WIRELESS

Recruiters from Verizon Wireless will come to the Bronx campus to interview students for opportunities in retail stores located throughout the New York metropolitan area.

Make sure to visit the OCA, meet with your Advisor and have your resume approved prior to their visit to ensure you will present yourself in the best possible manner.

The Bronx Community Healthcare Network is a group of not-for-profit community health centers that provide medical, dental and social services in neighborhoods throughout New York City.

Staff members from this organization will meet with Allied Health majors to discuss current positions and what it takes to get hired!

Manpower is an employment agency located in White Plains, NY. They offer employers a range of services and solutions for the entire employment and business cycle including permanent, temporary and contract recruitment, employee assessment and selection, training, outplacement, outsourcing and consulting.

They are coming to Monroe to talk with students regarding career planning; interviewing tips, etc. and to recruit for administrative, accounting, financial and IT positions.

NYPD Auxiliary

Recruiters from the NYPD Auxiliary will conduct an on campus recruitment session.

Auxiliary Police provide extra "eyes and ears" for the Police Department by performing uniformed foot, vehicle and bicycle patrols. They are trained to observe and report conditions requiring the services of the regular police. Whenever possible, they assist in non-enforcement and non-hazardous duties.
