Bronx Community Health Network will come to our Bronx campus to recruit students for their Patient Navigator position. They currently have 15 - 20 part - time openings that they are anxious to fill with our students.

The Patient Navigator identifies persons who do not have health insurance or a regular doctor, or who have chronic illnesses. They then provide health systems information to those persons and assist them in getting care at BCHN health centers. They assist with setting up appointments and follow - ups with referrals. They also participate in educational workshops to help clients to better find health services.

Patient Navigators receive $10.00 per hour with a maximum $90.00 per week and reimbursement for metro cards.
