How to Post Jobs and Internships

Recruiters may link directly to the OCA online resume and recruiting database system by clicking on this link: Erecruiting    

Recruiters may also fax, mail, or email current career opportunities to the OCA. Our Advisor staff will then post openings on Erecruiting which is accessible to our students and alumni.

Your opportunity listing should include the position description, desired candidate qualifications, location, hours of employment, salary range, and how students should apply for the job. Students and alumni will view this information, forward their resume for your review, and include other documentation required by employers such as a cover letter.

In addition, Career Opportunity Listings are often distributed to Professors in related departments for announcement in their classes, and emailed directly to appropriate students. 

• 1. To place jobs directly on our web based database, please go to: Erecruiting
• 2. Go to "Employers log in here" and click "Create an account"
• 3. Complete all of the required information
• 4. Click the "submit" button which will take you to the next screen
• 5. Click on "Request Access"
• 6. Enter final information and click "Send" 

Please note there is no charge to employers who post jobs through Monroe College. Within 48-hours you will receive a confirmation from Erecruiting with additional instructions on posting jobs.  You will now be able to easily post jobs and internships for Monroe students and graduates, as well as being able to easily view resumes and contact students directly.

Of course, you may can always contact us directly if you would rather the OCA posts the jobs for you. Simply call, fax, or email your job and internship posting to us and you will receive a quick response.
