Username: first initial of firstname
+ lastname
(ex. jdoe for Jane Doe)
Password: first initial of firstname
+ lastname
+ last 4 digits of their SSN
(ex. jdoe1234 for Jane Doe; SSN: 000-99-1234)
- If you cannot receive or send emails, there is a good chance that you've run out of storage space. You'll need to clean up your email by deleting the items in your Inbox, Sent and/or Deleted Items folder which are the largest folders in your email system.
If you get the message that your "mailbox has exceeded the size limit". Clean up the Inbox, Sent Items and/or Deleted Items.
