The Gift of Education

The best gift to give this holiday season is the gift of education. It’s a gift you can give to yourself, a loved one, or a friend. The winter semester at Monroe College begins on January 6 and so registration is going on now. Call 800-55-MONROE...

“Education is a gift that not only lasts a lifetime,” said Director of Admissions Evan Jerome, “but because of the opportunity it can present, it can grow and have more meaning as time goes on.”

The winter semester is unique to Monroe’s accelerated three-semester year which provides a chance for students to earn a degree that much quicker.

“The Monroe academic calendar is designed to assist students who are eager to launch successful careers,” Mr. Jerome said. “Also, the class schedules are arranged to support students who have family and job responsibilities.”

The popular Monroe Online program also helps students keep the promise a gift of education can bring as they mix in-class attendance with the convenience of studying and “attending class” Online whenever they can and wherever they are.

Students can choose to study in any of Monroe’s academic programs this winter, in Criminal Justice, Allied Health Sciences, Information Technology, Business and Accounting, and Hospitality Management and the Culinary Arts, all of which are designed to help launch careers and ultimately, change lives for the better.

To give the gift of education, call 800-55-MONROE.
