Talented Undergraduate and Graduate international students who meet all requirements for admissions, except for English language proficiency, may be admitted on a conditional basis.
Interested international students who want to apply for conditional admission to a degree program should contact our ELLI Liaison. She assists prospective students with submitting their application for admission to a degree program at Monroe College; and works with ELLI students to ensure they meet the necessary proficiency requirements enabling them to receive full admission to the University.
