Monroe College is committed to helping all our students manage their educational expenses. Student tuition statements are available electronically, 24/7. Each time a new e-bill is produced, the student is notified at their Monroe College email. Students are encouraged to make payments online, Payments can also be made in person at the Bursars office, by mail or by wire transfer.
Tuition Management System (TMS) is our partner in providing e-bill, e - payment and payment plan options. The Student Account Center is accessed at ww.monroe.afford.com. The College does not mail paper bills. It is the students responsiblity to ensure that the student account is paid in a timely manner.
The TMS Student Account Center (SAC) is the one - stop location that enables you to view your student account activity, make payments and structure payment plans. Additionally, you can authorize your parents or guardians to have access to the SAC and make payments or establish payment plans on your behalf.
