Monroe College uses an online, electronic bill presentment system which will enable you to view, print and make payments. Access to your e-bill is through Web Advisor. Each time a new statement is ready or a payment is made to your account, you will be notified through your Monroe College email address. You will also be able to authorize parents and guardians to access your statements and make payments on your behalf. This is a secure system managed by Monroe College and hosted by Nelnet Business Solutions, Inc. and is called QuikPAY®.

Current students: If you are a currently registered Bronx or New Rochelle student, you must log into Web Advisor to make a payment (US dollars only). Alternatively, payments may be paid by check, draft, money order, or credit card in person at the Bursar's Office or by mail.

Incoming students: can make payments (US dollars only). on-line through this link.

Financial aid Recipients: If financial aid does not cover the full cost of your tuition, fees and housing meal plan (where applicable), request a payment plan with the Bursar's Office for the remaining balance. Payment plans must be arranged and approved prior to the start of the semester.
