Part-time Status for Scholarship students Scholarship students who go from full-time to part-time will receive a pro-rated scholarship for their part-time semester, but will not be eligible for the scholarship the following semester. Scholarship students who are in their last semester and will be part-time, will receive a pro-rated scholarship.
All scholarships are originally awarded based on full-time enrollment status.
Students who enter the college as Bachelor students may not receive the Baccalaureate Scholarship until they have completed their Associate Degree requirements or earned a minimum of 60 credits. At that time, they will receive the Baccalaureate Scholarship if they have the required cumulative GPA of 3.75.
Students may only receive one merit scholarship funded by Monroe College
Scholarship Appeals: Students may appeal the loss of their scholarship by contacting the Director of Student Financial Services at the appropriate campus. Documentation supporting the appeal will be required before any decision is made. At that time the appeal process will be discussed. |
