Transfer to Bachelor's Program

Baccalaureate Scholarship

This scholarship is available to students transferring to Monroe College with 45 or more transferable credits.

 

The deadlines for applying:

 

Fall Semester - August 15

Winter Semester- December 15

Spring  Semester - April 15

The Baccalaureate Platinum Scholarship

Up to $1,000 per semester

Cumulative GPA of 3.75 from previous institution.  Must maintain a 3.25 GPA.

   
The Baccalaureate Gold Scholarship

Up to $800 per semester

Cumulative GPA of 3.50 - 3.74 from previous institution.  Must maintain a 3.25 GPA.

   

The Baccalaureate Silver Scholarship

Up to $600 per semester

Cumulative GPA of 3.0-3.49 from previous institution. Must maintain a 3.25 GPA.

   

Transitional Scholarship

This Scholarship is for Monroe students going from the AAS degree to the BBA degree.

$600 or $300 per semester Award is based on cumulative GPA from student’s last semester in the Associate program. $600 award requires a cumulative GPA from Associate Program of 3.75.
$300 award requires a cumulative GPA from Associate Program of 3.5 – 3.74.

MONROE COLLEGE 2-YEAR CUNY/SUNY TRANSFER SCHOLARSHIP May be granted to students graduating from a 2-year CUNY or SUNY institution who are entering the Bachelor's Program.  Four-year CUNY or SUNY students who have at least 60 credits and wish to transfer into the Bachelor's Degree program may also be considered. Scholarships are limited in number and are awarded by the Bachelor's Admissions Department.

Cumulative GPA between 3.50 - 3.74 from previous institution

   

Emerald Scholarship

Up to $600 per semester
Must maintain a 3.25 GPA

Cumulative GPA between 3.00 - 3.49 from previous institution

Part-time Status for Scholarship students

Scholarship students who go from full-time to part-time will receive a pro-rated scholarship for their part-time semester, but will not be eligible for the scholarship the following semester.


Scholarship students who are in their last semester and will be part-time, will receive a pro-rated scholarship.
