After acceptance into the King Graduate School, you will need to meet with a financial aid counselor to discuss your payment options.

Tuition can be paid by check, draft, money order, or credit card. Payments by mail or in-person are acceptable. All payments must be made payable to Monroe College. Students may set up payment plans with the Bursar’s Office prior to a semester.

Tuition Reimbursement

Many companies and organizations reimburse students for graduate course work once the semester is complete and grades are submitted. Check with your employer to learn more about their specific tuition reimbursement program.

Financial Aid

The FAFSA is the Free Application for Federal Student Aid and must be completed to apply for any type of financial aid program, including student loans.

• Go to www.pin.ed.gov to apply for a PIN to provide you access to your personal information in the US Department of Education systems.

• One to two days after completing your application, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to retrieve your PIN. (Be sure to check your junk/spam email box as well, some notifications end up there).

• Go to http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ to fill out a FAFSA online. You will need your PIN and current income information to complete your FAFSA form.
