Located on the lower level of Jerome Hall, the Thomas P. Schnitzler Library is the Grand Central station of information at Monroe College. Monroe also has libraries at its New Rochelle and St. Lucia campuses.
The libraries are open to the students, staff, faculty, and alumni of Monroe College. The print and electronic collections support the curricula and academic programs of the College but also include additional resources. Computers are available for database research, word processing, and scanning. Wireless is also available throughout campus
Books
The libraries hold more than 50,000 volumes in print, as well as numerous eBooks. To look up books that the library owns, search MoeCat, the online catalog for all campus libraries.
Databases
The library also subscribes to a number of databases for finding full-text scholarly and peer-reviewed journal articles, eBooks, company information, scholarships, and much more. The databases are accessible from anywhere on campus or by logging in remotely to MyMonroe.
