The Online Learning Office is staffed by a professional admissions, academic, and support staff so that there is always consultation or help available.

• Each Online student has a personal admissions counselor who can answer many important questions, advise on academic programs, and even help with details like the process of purchasing books.
• Once the semester begins, online students are assigned a personal support counselor who will act as guide and consultant through the program. 
• A comprehensive online library of books and other scholarly publications including major trade magazines which are in full-text digital formats are available at any time on the Internet.
• Online tutoring is available at no charge on a 24 hour/7 day-a-week basis
• Internships, which include cutting-edge technical programs, are available.  These can help bolster a resume as well as provide valuable work experience.
• All Monroe students can receive on-going consultation from the Office of Career Services, which can help with part-time, full-time and career employment.
