Online students can order their official Monroe College student ID cards by contacting Juliet N. Grant, in the Office of Online Learning at ext. 8580.

The student ID cards used by Online students are the same ones used on campus and all privileges and responsibilities apply to all Monroe ID holders, whether they are Online or on-site students.

Students must submit a digital photo to be used on the ID. It should be a portrait type photo, with the student as the only subject. Students can also visit the campus for ID picture to use on the ID card. Obviously, large, clear photos will have better results than smaller, poor quality ones. You must submit a photo that is 3 x 5 inches (7.5 x 12.5 cm) or larger. (NO POLAROIDS)

IDs cannot be sent until a photo is received. Send your photos (with your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, social security number, and student ID number) to:
