The academy provides a training atmosphere in which players can thrive, improve and enjoy the game. The experience is designed to be challenging in order to push players to a higher level. The curriculum is well rounded with the idea of expanding the player’s knowledge of the game. It is a progressive curriculum that helps foreign players learn and navigate the American collegiate soccer system, with a focus on Monroe College’s specific style of play. Training is designed to be enjoyable yet challenging with the goal of having every player who comes to the academy leave as a better player. This comes down to hard work on the player’s part and quality coaching from the staff. The hard work that is done on the field needs to be taken into the classroom as well. Players that leave us should be proud of their efforts with results that show both on the field and in the classroom. |
