Get Your Gourmet On

The acclaimed Dining Lab, known for its gourmet dinner service, is run by School of Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts students. By day, it’s the Pastry Kiosk, the place to grab fresh baked goods, sandwiches, and more.

My experience at Monroe prepared me for life as a chef. The school taught me the real deal and never sugar coated it.
