    Accessing Your Bill and Making Payments

    Monroe College is committed to helping all our students manage their educational expenses. Student tuition statements are available electronically, 24/7.  Each time a new e-bill is produced, the student is notified through their Monroe College email. Students are encouraged to make payments online. Payments can also be made in person at the Bursar’s Office, by mail or by wire transfer.  

    Tuition Management Systems (TMS) is our partner in providing e-bill, e-payment and payment plan options. The Student Account Center is accessed at the Monroe afford site. The College does not mail paper bills. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that their account is paid in a timely manner. The TMS Student Account Center (SAC) allows you to do it all: view your student account activity, make payments and structure payment plans. Additionally, you can authorize your parents or guardians to have access to the SAC so they can make payments or establish payment plans on your behalf. 

    How to Pay Your Bill

    Current students: If you are a currently registered Bronx or New Rochelle student, access your tuition statement and make electronic payments through the Student Account Center (SAC). Alternatively, payments may be paid by check, draft, money order or credit card in person at the Bursar's Office or by mail.

    Incoming students: can make payments (US dollars only) online through our Online Payment Form. 

    Payment Plans: The Monthly Payment Plan feature offered through TMS allows you to spread your educational expenses not covered by scholarships, financial aid or third-party reimbursement, with monthly installments over the course of the semester. The cost to enroll in the payment plan is $25 per semester. Automatic monthly deductions from checking and/or credit card accounts are available at no additional cost.  Register for access to the Student Account Center at the  Monroe afford site or call TMS at (800) 206-4964.

    International Wire Transfer Payments: Monroe College has partnered with peerTransfer to provide international students an alternative method to paying student bills. This payment option allows you to pay your student account balance in the currency of your choice and provides a simple and reliable way of initiating payments electronically. You can pay by credit card as well using this option. This method simplifies the process of making international wire transfers, provides competitive exchange rates and ensures your account will be credited with the proceeds as soon as the College receives the funds from peerTransfer.
