Accessing Your Bill
Student tuition statements can be accessed through Tuition Management Systems (TMS) Student Account Center that can be found in MyMonroe. The TMS Student Account Center allows you to view your student account activity, make payments and structure payment plans. Additionally, you can authorize your parents or guardians to have access to the Student Account Center so they can make payments or establish payment plans on your behalf.
The College does not mail paper bills. Each time a new e-bill is produced, students are notified through their Monroe College email. Students can make payments online, by mail or wire transfer or in person at the Bursar’s Office. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that their account is paid in a timely manner.
How to Pay Your Bill

Current students can access their tuition statement and make electronic payments through the Student Account Center. Alternatively, payments may be paid by check, draft, money order or credit card in person at the Bursar's Office or by mail.
New students can pay fees online. Alternatively, payments may be paid by check, draft, money order or credit card in person at the Bursar's Office or by mail. Once you have completed your financial aid process, your financial advisor may offer you the opportunity to spread your educational expenses not covered by scholarships, financial aid or third-party reimbursement, with monthly installments over the course of the semester. The cost to enroll in the TMS payment plan is $25 per semester. Automatic monthly deductions from checking and/or credit card accounts are available at no additional cost. International students are required to pay their bill in advance of registering for classes. International students may make payments in person at the Bursar’s office if they are already in the United States. Otherwise, international students must use our wire transfer partner: Flywire. This payment option may allow you to pay your student account balance in the currency of your choice. You can pay by credit card as well using this option. This method simplifies the process of making international wire transfers, provides competitive exchange rates and ensures your account will be credited with the proceeds as soon as the College receives the funds from Flywire.
