Accessing Your Bill and Making PaymentsMonroe College is committed to helping all our students manage their educational expenses. Student tuition statements are available electronically, 24/7. Each time a new e-bill is produced, the student is notified through their Monroe College email. Students are encouraged to make payments online. Payments can also be made in person at the Bursar’s Office, by mail or by wire transfer.
Tuition Management Systems (TMS) is our partner in providing e-bill, e-payment and payment plan options. The Student Account Center is accessed at the Monroe afford site. The College does not mail paper bills. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that their account is paid in a timely manner. The TMS Student Account Center (SAC) allows you to do it all: view your student account activity, make payments and structure payment plans. Additionally, you can authorize your parents or guardians to have access to the SAC so they can make payments or establish payment plans on your behalf.
