The Winter Semester kicks off on Wednesday, January 8, and it’s time to get IT ready! To ensure a smooth start, we’ve outlined essential steps for accessing your Monroe University accounts, resetting your password, and navigating key platforms.

Follow the instructions below to update your login credentials, clear outdated information, and access critical tools like Email, MyMonroe, MyServices, and Blackboard. With these updates, you’ll be ready to dive into your studies and make the most of your semester.
 

Email

All students must reset their passwords. Follow these steps:

1. Visit https://outlook.office.com/mail.
2. Log in using your new @monroeu.edu email address (not your old @monroeu.edu address).
3. Click “Forgot my password.” Do not enter your old password.

Blackboard Login Instructions

To log into Blackboard with your Monroe University account:

1. Click on “Sign in with third-party account.”
2. Select Monroe University Login.
3. Enter your Monroe University email and password.
