- Case Manager - Help people with advice, steer them toward the services they need, create plans for treatment.
- Substance Abuse Counselor - Listen to clients, understand causes for their addictive behavior, support recovery.
- Juvenile Counselor - Help a troubled young client by providing empathy, advice, and focused care. A juvenile court counselor works with juveniles who have been convicted of crimes.
- Child Life Specialist - Work with children and families to help them cope with the challenges of hospitalization, illness, and disability.
- Juvenile Probation Officer - Supervise youth on probation or parole to ensure compliance.
- Correctional Counselor - Assist incarcerated inmates develop plans to prevent relapse.
