    The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Hospitality Management program provides students with the knowledge and skills to prepare them for management positions in the hospitality industry. The BBA is designed to build on the knowledge obtained at the associate degree level and will explore the following subjects more deeply: management of food and beverage costs, controls and procedures; staffing, organizing and scheduling in various departments; managing the operation of hotels, motels, inns and resorts; planning of recreational opportunities and events; and computer software for hotel front office systems.
