Get an overview of important project management concepts, including planning, scoping, scheduling, budgeting, communication, and change management that allow you to move a project from concept to completion. After finishing the course and passing the exam, you'll emerge with a Certificate in Project Management from Monroe, and be eligible to sit for the CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) exam.
Once you've completed the course, you'll receive a certificate of completion from Monroe College. You must then pass the exam to earn the CAPM certification from Project Management Institute (PMI).
