Graduate Student Speaks at the UN

Graduate student Crystal Camejo recently had the unique opportunity to speak at the United Nations in New York City. She was there as a youth ambassador representing Trinidad and Tobago at a Women's Forum held on March 15th. Monroe students Oluwatobi Akinsanya, Ashanti Edwards, Nicole Merchant, and Tasanique Thomas were among those in attendance as she participated in a panel discussion on "Challenges Women Face in Leadership Roles.” It must have been an incredible experience!
