Monroe Students

Your peers at Monroe are people of all ages and from all corners of the world. They’re recent high school graduates, transfer students, adult learners, and professionals studying for their MBA. They’re student-athletes and nurses-in-training, budding chefs and future cops. All determined to excel and give back.

Monroe’s Diversity

Our students come from 93 countries and speak 43 languages, but share one dream — a future for themselves and each other.

We Compete on the Playing Field

With 30+ sports teams across our Bronx and New Rochelle campuses, student-athletes participate in two NJCAA conferences.

We Honor Our Individual Heritages

Students from all backgrounds share their cultures through groups like the Caribbean Student Association.

Pay It Forward

Monroe Medical Missions

Nursing and allied health students have traveled to under-served communities in West Virginia and hurricane ravaged Caribbean islands like Haiti and Jamaica to aid in relief efforts. Students saw how they could help those who had lost so much.

Carrying my country's flag at graduation was a dream come true.
