Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice
Kelly Klich graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Monroe College in 2014. She was a member of the Honors Program and Debate Club. While enrolled at Monroe College, Kelly accepted her first internship and later full-time position at a Law Firm in New Rochelle, NY, working as a Human Resources/Compliance Assistant. She quickly discovered her passion for Human Resources and committed herself to furthering her career in the industry. After relocating, she transitioned to a Global Recruitment firm in Manhattan. Kelly started as a Recruitment Coordinator and received two promotions during her four years, ultimately serving as the Manager of Recruitment & Client Services. Today, she leads the Internship Program and Campus Recruitment at a top Health Insurance Company!
