 I am now a successful entrepreneur, thanks to my education at Monroe College

Mia Andrillon earned a soccer scholarship to Monroe College, where she became an integral part of the soccer team, serving as its esteemed captain since its inception in 2009. The college's vibrant environment resonated deeply with her, particularly its international character, which allowed her to interact with diverse individuals hailing from various parts of the world. Embracing this multicultural setting, she relished the opportunity to immerse herself in different cultures and languages, fostering a deep appreciation for global diversity.

During her time at Monroe, Mia pursued her passion for culinary arts, attaining an associate's degree in baking and pastry. Additionally, she earned a bachelor's degree in hospitality, equipping herself with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the industry. Now, as a successful entrepreneur, she owns and manages her own business. Moreover, Mia has carved a path in education, serving as a substitute teacher for students ranging from kindergarten to eighth grade, contributing to the academic growth and well-being of young minds. In conjunction with her teaching endeavors, she proudly operates her own bakery, an endeavor that encapsulates her love for baking and her desire to share her culinary creations with others.
