“I received my bachelor’s degree in business management in 2004," Sandra recalls. "During that time, I was juggling the responsibilities of being a single mom and working full time. Through it all, my greatest motivation was my son. I pride myself on the fact that my GPA was not affected by my other responsibilities.”
Sandra has high praise for all her teachers, but singles out Mr. Crittendon, specifically. “He was the best professor I’ve ever had in my life,” she says.
Currently, Sandra is the housekeeping manager for Homewood Suites Hilton Hotel. “Earning my degree has opened up a lot of doors for me. Thanks to Monroe, I was able to learn what I needed to land a great job!” she says.
